Do you think Rich or do you think Poor

I was talking to a friend of mine the other day. Her is name is Jean and I asked her some questions about money. I asked how was her savings account building? Because we were talking about money at the time, she said to me, “I’m poor, I don’t have enough to put money into savings.”

Hmm, I thought about it and here is a woman who has a good job, drives a nice car and lives in a great house. But yet, she thinks that she is poor.

So I thought about it and I wondered, how many people in this world, who have great cars and nice home, and all the wealth they need and still think that they are poor….

Then I started thinking to myself, how do I see myself. Am I rich or am I poor?

Many of us are trained to think in one level and that is being poor. Our definition of being rich is having a big house, big car, and big things. But then you have to think; there are many levels of being rich. You must seek out your definition of being rich.

We saw our parents, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles struggling to make ends meet but yet because of the level of thinking about themselves they keep thinking that they are poor.

So if you keep thinking that you are poor. You will keep that mindset and you will become what you think. You can work hard, get a great job, find that right companion, and see the greatest things that you want but it will not be worth it if you keep thinking that you are poor and you will never come out of what you are working for to make a better life.

But if you start thinking rich, then you are rich. You will seek a higher level of yourself, you will get it right, you will get that job, you will get out of debt, find that great place to live, eat the right foods, take care of yourself in many levels that you will become rich in yourself and other.

Being poor is only a mindset and being rich is also a mindset. What you think is what you will get.

My money becomes stronger and more full when I change my mind to the right things and believe I can have it all. My debt becomes clearer when I see that I can come out of what I’m in. My workload becomes more of it because I see that I can do it. I get the food I want when I know I can eat right for myself. My home life is better because I can see that I can own it and have it.

Remember you control your life and what is around you. Do you want to think rich or do you want to think poor? It’s up to you.

It's time to find the right job for you

At this time, we are being bombarded by information about companies cutting jobs. We keep hearing that people are going to lose their jobs. I’m sure that a lot of people that you know have already lost their jobs. Maybe you have lost your job.

But it makes you wonder why. Where did all these corporate industries that have people with financial degrees and have tons of experience in handling money. Why are they having problems? Where did they go wrong?

What I want you to understand tho is that you have to learn what is a right job for you and what is a wrong job for you. This is the best time to turn it around and learn where you can improve yourself or to learn where do you need to go with a job.

You do this so you can stable yourself for your future; you’re job and your finance. It is the best time to take a deep breath and jump into that area that is going to help you find what you are really looking for, to find that perfect job.

I was reading an article about how the fear of what we are hearing right now, is holding us back on looking for that right job. Everyone and every company are holding back because of the fear of what might happen. But keep in mind that 90% of all fears never happen. It just doesn’t.

So take a deep breath, learn to see with what you have and go forward with your plans. America and the world is panicking and we are very good in doing that fast. We quickly go into a down stream and are quick to judge.

As you seek higher knowledge or find that perfect job or seek what will make it right for you. This is the right time for you to grow beyond your imagination. What is it, is it going up the corporate latter, starting a new career or maybe opening that small business or just having to change your way of handling your job. Whatever it may be. It’s time.

A very rich man says, I never pay attention to what is going on with the world of finance. But I do pay attention to my own finances. That is why I have money.

Wishing to lease

Need lease

Hi, I am a 26 year old living with my parents.  The reason I am here is to raise money for a lease.  I have been looking for an apartment for 2 months and no one is willing to lease to me because of my bad credit from college.  I now have a good job and having been slowly paying off my bad debts, but it doesn't help my current situation.  There is a new building being constructed now that I love.  The only way they will lease to me when the building is finished is if I come up with $30,000 to pay the lease for a year, then after that I can have a regular lease.  This is very hard for me.  I do have a good job but it doesn't pay that much and I still have to give my parents money for rent.  As of right now, I have saved up $5,391.00.  This has really taken a toll on me.  I am ashamed and feel like a failure because no one is willing to lease to me.

If anyone can spare ANYTHING to help me raise $24,609 for this lease, I will be eternally grateful.  Thank you!
